What Roova does and does not do
- Every viewing fee is stated up front. If a listing says no viewing fee, and someone asks you for one, report it.
- Landlord-direct listings are marked. Filter to them if you would rather not pay an agent.
- No money for the property goes through Roova. Rent, deposit and purchase price are between you and the lister — we never hold them and never take a cut.
