What you are not paying for
Roova takes no commission on rent, deposit or purchase price, and never holds that money. Paying more does not make a listing look verified — the verification tick comes from an admin checking a document, and cannot be bought.
All prices include VAT where it applies. Payment is by M-Pesa, and nothing activates before it clears.
