- Sign in with your phone.One code by SMS. No password and no email — the number is how seekers reach you, so it is the only account you need.
- Say what the place actually is.Rent or price, the monthly costs a tenant will really pay, and the questions that matter for that property type. Roova will not publish a listing with the cost fields missing — a deposit nobody mentioned is the complaint this prevents.
- Add photos and publish.Take them on the phone you are holding; they are resized on the way up. Or have a Roova photographer come with a 360° camera.

Paid by M-Pesa. Nothing activates before the payment clears, and a shoot Roova cannot staff within the window is refunded in full.
What Roova does not do
Roova never handles rent, deposit or purchase money, never takes a commission on the property, and does not verify what you write — seekers are told that plainly on every listing. What you are paying for is being found, and nothing else. Paying more does not make a listing look verified: that mark comes from an admin checking a document, and it cannot be bought.
